Description
Weatherproof ultrasonic sensor (IP67) for snow depth measurement, specially developed for use in weather stations. With 1 mm resolution, a range of 0.5-5 m, and a sampling rate of 6.67 Hz, the MB7374 is the recommended sensor for snow depth measurements.
An integrated filter (exponential moving average, maximum change 7 mm/s) ensures stable measurements. Each measurement is temperature compensated via the internal temperature sensor or the optional HR-MaxTemp.
Thanks to high acoustic performance, automatic calibration, signature analysis and noise suppression, the MB7374 delivers precise, noise-free readings, even in environments with electrical or acoustic interference.
