FAQ

Orders received by 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the same day.

If payment is made in advance, the order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.

For backorder orders, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation.

Unfortunately, collection on site is not possible.

By default, we send invoices by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. If you have not received an invoice, please check your spam folder.
