Description
The MB7850 is a weatherproof ultrasonic sensor for non-contact level measurement in tanks, drums, and containers. With the teach function (via serial), it can be calibrated to empty containers and compensate for internal structures.
It offers precise measurements from 5-650 cm with 1 cm resolution at ~4 Hz and three outputs: scaled analog voltage, analog envelope, and serial interface (RS232/TTL). The sensor operates at 3-5.5 V, consumes only 1.8 mA, features automatic calibration, noise suppression, a P-option, and is IP67-rated.
