A 2-channel RS485 device data acquisition module/IoT gateway for industrial environments. Two RS485 ports can operate simultaneously without mutual interference. The module combines multiple functions in one, including a serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, RS485 to JSON, and network switch. The module features two RS485 and two Ethernet ports (PoE function optional) and uses a DC connector (outer diameter: 5.5 mm, inner diameter: 2.1 mm) and a screw terminal for power supply. The enclosure with rail-mounted bracket is small, easy to install, and cost-effective. It is suitable for applications such as data acquisition, IoT gateway, security IoT, and intelligent instrument monitoring.
