DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier, High Current

TI's Pololu DRV8825 stepper motor driver offers adjustable current limiting, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and six microstep resolutions (down to 1/32-step). It operates from 8.2 V to 45 V and can deliver up to approximately 1.5 A per phase without a heatsink or forced air flow (rated for up to 2.2 A per coil with sufficient additional cooling). The driver has a pinout and interface that are nearly identical to the A4988 stepper motor driver, making it usable as a more powerful drop-in replacement for that board in many applications. This board comes with 0.1" header pins, but these are not soldered.

With this stepper motor driver, you can control a bipolar stepper motor with an output current of up to 2.2 A per coil.

• Module size, pinout, and interface are mostly identical to the A4988 stepper motor driver.
