Description
The Dragino LHT65S-DS-EU868 is the LHT65N variant with an external antenna. It is a LoRaWAN-based sensor for the simultaneous acquisition of indoor climate and a second, application-specific measured variable. The external antenna allows for flexible alignment and placement outside the sensor housing, which can be particularly advantageous when installing in metallic environments or challenging radio conditions.
This variant combines an integrated temperature and humidity sensor with a magnetic door contact and transmits both measured values energy-efficiently via LoRaWAN to the IoT platform.
This variant is suitable for applications where indoor climate and the opening status of a door, window, or container are to be monitored in parallel. Typical applications include cold and storage rooms where door openings affect the climate curve, pharmaceutical and food warehouses with access documentation, or ventilation monitoring in office and commercial buildings.
The integrated datalog function ensures that no measurement data is lost even during temporary connection failures. Buffered values are automatically retransmitted once the connection is restored.
