Dragino LHT65S-DC-EU868 LoRaWAN Dry Contact Sensor

The Dragino LHT65S-DC-EU868 is the LHT65N variant with an external antenna. It is a LoRaWAN-based sensor for simultaneous measurement of indoor climate and a second, application-specific parameter. The external antenna allows for flexible alignment and placement outside the sensor housing, which can be advantageous especially when installing in metallic environments or challenging radio conditions.

This variant combines an integrated temperature and humidity sensor with a universal dry contact input and transmits both measured values energy-efficiently via LoRaWAN to the IoT platform.

This variant is suitable for applications where indoor climate and the switching status of an external dry contact are to be monitored in parallel. The universal input can be freely wired, for example, with limit switches, float switches, alarm and fault contacts, pump contactors, or existing door and window sensors with their own mechanics.

The integrated datalogging function ensures that no measurement data is lost even during temporary connection failures. Buffered values are automatically retransmitted once the connection is restored.
