When recording biosignals, there is often a need to mark important events occurring during the recording synchronously with the biosignal data. This ergonomic foot switch was specifically designed for this purpose. Furthermore, it can be used as a trigger to manually start online and offline signal acquisitions with 8-channel biosignal splux devices.
The foot switch is compatible with the 8-channel "biosignalsplux" hub and serves as an event marker and trigger for data acquisition when connected to the digital I/O port. For 4-channel "biosignalsplux" devices, it can be connected to one of the four available analog inputs for event marker purposes.
