This Waveshare 5G dongle is a compact breakout board designed for seamless integration into cellular IoT solutions. It's compatible with Quectel's RM5xx modules and is ideal for a wide range of M2M and IoT applications.

  • Support for 5G modules with M.2 (NGFF) Key-B interface, compatible with SIMCom and Quectel 5G modules
  • Support for 5G modules in the 3042/3052 form factor, such as SIM82XX and RM50XQ series modules
  • USB 3.1 Type-A port for connecting to a PC, Raspberry Pi, or Jetson Nano host board for fast 5G network access
  • 4x SMA antenna connectors for easy antenna installation
  • Integrated SIM card slot for NANO SIM cards
  • Built-in power and network indicators and several reserved pads to check the module's operating status and test other functions
  • PCB in ENIG process, with several reserved slots and positioning holes for easy integration
  • Comes with a custom-made aluminum heatsink that ensures good heat dissipation, attractive design, protection and durability
