The Waveshare RS232 Board (3965) is used to establish RS232 communication with devices powered by 3V - 5.5V. The board features an SP3232 (RS-232 transceiver) and a DB9 connector for connecting to PC and MCU. The RS232 board provides ESD protection and supports hardware flow control.
