Description
The LTR-501ALS-01 is an integrated I2C digital light sensor (ALS) and proximity sensor (PS) with built-in LED driver, in a miniature chipled lead-free surface mount package. This device converts light intensity to a digital output signal capable of direct IC interface. It provides a linear response over a wide dynamic range from 0.01 lux to 64k lux and is well suited to applications under high ambient brightness. With built-in proximity sensor, LTR-501ALS-01 offers the feature to detect object at a user configurable distance up to 12cm.
